the second unit of hydrogen production in, Qilu Petrochemical Corp	Hydrocarbon Steam Reforming Catalyst Series The company develops and produces 3 series of a dozen types of hydrocarbon steam reforming catalyst which are applied successfully in domestic 96 units of hydrogen production, synthetic ammonia plants and methanol plants: 29 petrochemical enterprises are subordinate body of SINOPEC 36 units of hydrogen production, methanol plants and chemical fertilizer 17 units have hydrogen production capacity of more than 40000Nm3/h 9 units have hydrogen production capacity between 20000- 40000Nm3/h 10 units have hydrogen production capacity of less than 20000Nm3/h 12 petrochemical enterprises are subordinate body of CNPC 12 units of hydrogen production, methanol plants and chemical fertilizer 6 units have hydrogen production capacity of 40000Nm3/h 5 units have hydrogen production capacity between 20000- 40000Nm3/h More than 40 petrochemical enterprises are subordinate body of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, China National Chemical Corporation, Central Government-led Enterprise and local enterprises. There are altogether 47 units of hydrogen production. Hydrocarbon steam reforming catalyst Series cover more than 95% in the domestic hydrogen production market. Three were granted national patents and two were awarded National Prize for Science and Technology Advancements.

It has high activity, high strength and good stability, as well as high thermal resistance and impact resistance. It has excellent suitability to high space velocity, high water/gas ratio and operating elasticity. It is widely used in more than 40 industrial units to produce syngas, city gas and hydrogen with coal or residual oil as feedstock. and was granted National Prize for Science and Technology Advances. QCS series have excellent mechanical strength, high activity, selectivity and stability and have been used in 43 units: 1. 30 units of coal-water slurry gasification process 2. More than 10 units of Shell pulverized coal gasification process and one unite with GSP gasifieation

sulfur recovery unit in Shengli Oil Refinery, Qilu Petrochemical Corporation	Sulfur Recovery Catalyst Series LS series of sulfur recovery catalyst are suitable for Claus sulfur recovery units and tail gas hydrogenation treating units in petrochemical, coal chemical industry and gas purification. All kinds of sulfur recovery catalyst can be loaded full bed in any rector or in combination with other catalysts of different types or functions according to different acid gases. Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst can select normal tail gas hydrogenation catalyst or low-temperature tail gas hydrogenation catalyst according to tail gas heating methods, capacity of units, and different requirements of energy consumption. LS series of sulfur recovery catalyst are used in more than 60 units in the field of petrochemical, coal chemical industry and gas purification. Among major clients of LS Series of sulfur recovery catalyst:SINOPEC has 21units; CNPC has 9 units; Coal chemical industries have 8 units; Shandong refinery enterprises have 3 units; foreign clients have 2 units. 5 units have the capacity of more than 80kt/a, 22units have the capacity between20kt/a and 50kt/a.

Hydrogenation Catalyst Series The company developed and produces 3 series of 6 types of hydrogenation catalysts including Pyrolysis gasoline selective hydrogenation catalyst, selective hydrogenation catalyst, hydrogenation catalysts for alkylation feedstock, hydrogenation catalyst for hydrogenation of hydrogen production feedstock ,hydrogenation catalyst for distillates etc. Selective hydrogenation catalyst for alkylation feedstock dominates domestic market. Hydrogenation catalysts for hgdrogenation of hydrogen production feedstock and hydrogenation catalyst for distillates are used in industrial units and achieve good results. Major clients include: SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company, SINOPEC Qilu Company, CNPC Lanzhou petrochemical company, CNPC Dalian petrochemical company, Shandong Hengyuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd, SINOPEC Qingdao Refining Corp.
