QCS-04G is a kind of  Co-Mo based CO sulfur tolerant shift catalyst with special carrier and new additives. 
■ Excellent mechanical strength.
■ High activity at low temperature, selectivity and stability.
■ Low alkali metal loss. 
■ Easy to sulphurize and regenerate, and has a long service life of 3-8 years.

Applications and operating conditions

Used in mid pressure shift process to produce shift gas and city gas with coal, heavy oil or residual oil as feedstock, especially suitable for mid pressure ammonia plant with coal as feedstock. 
■ Temperature：   220～450℃ 
■ Pressure：      1.0～5.0MPa
■ Space velocity： 2000～4000h^-1(Dry gas)
■ Water/gas ratio： 0.2~1.0
■ Sulfur content in process gas:≥0.015% (v/v)

Package and transportation

■Packed with hard carton barrel lined with plastics bag, net weight:30kg (or customized as per customer’s demand). 
■Prevented from moisture, rolling, sharp shocking, raining during transportation.
■Stored in dry and ventilated places, preventing from pollution and moisture.
