Applications and operating conditions

Suitable for shift process to produce gas with heavy oil/residual oil partial oxidation or coal gasification, can effectively absorb and remove the impurities or poisons, such as carbon black and coke oil, from the feed gas, to protect down-stream sulfur tolerant shift catalyst.
■ Temperature：   180～500℃ 
■ Pressure：      1.0～8.0MPa
■ Space velocity： 2000～6000h^-1(dry gas)
■ Water/gas ratio： ≤1.6

Package and transportation

■Packed with  hard carton barrel lined with plastics bag, net weight:30kg (or customized as per customer’s demand). 
■Prevented from moisture, rolling, sharp shocking, raining during transportation.
■Stored in dry and ventilated places, preventing from pollution and moisture.
