QBS-01/03 is a kind of  Co-Mo based protecting agent for CO sulfur tolerant shift catalyst with special carrier and new additives.
■ Excellent mechanical strength.
■ It has certain shift activity , that can prolong the service life of CO sulfur tolerant shift catalyst to a certain degree.
■ Service life of 1-2 years.

Applications and operating conditions

Suitable for shift process to produce gas with heavy oil/residual oil partial oxidation or coal gasification, can effectively absorb and remove the impurities or poisons, such as oxygen and coke oil, from the feed gas, to protect down-stream sulfur tolerant shift catalyst.
■ Temperature：   250～500℃ 
■ Pressure：      1.0～8.0MPa
■ Space velocity： 2000～8000h-1(Dry gas)
■ Water/gas ratio： 0.3~1.6
■ Sulfur content in process gas:≥0.02% (v/v)
■ O2 content in process gas:≤0.3% (v/v)

■Packed with  hard carton barrel lined with plastics bag, net weight:30kg (or customized as per customer’s demand). 
■Prevented from moisture, rolling, sharp shocking, raining during transportation.
■Stored in dry and ventilated places, preventing from pollution and moisture.
