Z501 is a naphtha steam pre-reforming catalyst with nickel as active component, multi-pore complex substance as carrier. It was awarded the National Prize for Science and Technology Advances. Its performances stand at the international advanced level, and it’s in the leading position in the domestic industry.

Applications and operating conditions

Used in the production of methane-rich gas by low-temperature adiabatic reforming process using naphtha, LPG and dry gases containing hydrocarbons as feedstock. It is loaded solely in the whole pre-reformer and can convert all the C2+ hydrocarbons to methane-rich gas. 
■ Temperature:           360～560℃      
■ Pressure:               Atmospheric～6.0MPa
■ Steam/carbon ratio:      1.5～3.0
■ Carbon space velocity:    500～2000h-1

Package and transportation

■Packed with hard carton barrel lined with plastics bags, net weight:25kg(or  customized as per customer´s  demand). 
■Prevented from moisture, rolling, sharp shocking, raining during transportation.
■Stored in dry and ventilated places, preventing from pollution and moisture.
