QMH-01 is a methanol steam reforming catalyst which takes metal copper as active component. It has a double-function for methanol decomposition and CO shift. Its performances stand at international advanced level and it’s in the leading position in the domestic industry.

Applications and operating conditions

Used in hydrogen production with steam reforming process by using methanol as feedstock.
It is loaded solely in the whole bed of tubular reactor.
■ Inlet Temperature:          260～290℃          
■ Pressure:                 Atmospheric～3.0MPa
■ Water/methanol ratio：     1.5～3.0
■ Liquid space velocity：     0.3～1.0h-1

Package and transportation

■Packed with hard carton barrel lined with plastics bags, net weight:40kg(or  customized as per customer´s  demand). 
■Prevented from moisture, rolling, sharp shocking, raining during transportation.
■Stored in dry and ventilated places, preventing from pollution and moisture.
