Hydrocarbons Steam Reforming Catalyst Z412Q

Characters

Z412Q is a steam reforming catalyst, which takes metal nickel as active component, presintered alumina or aluminate calcium as carrier. It was awarded the National Prize for Science and Technology Advances. Its performances stand at the international advanced level, and it is in the  leading position in the domestic industry.
■ Excellent activities and stability, especially high activity at high temperature.
■ High mechanical strength and stability.
■ Honeycomb structure design , with big effective surface area ,high macro-activity of the catalyst, and low bed pressure drop.
■ Can be reduced directly in the reformer by using feedstock gases.
■ High resistance to carbon deposition by using rare earth metal as modifier.

Applications and operating conditions

The catalyst is used in the production of hydrogen, ammonia syngas, methanol syngas and oxo-syngas by using natural gas and/or oil field gas as feedstock. It can be loaded in the upper section of the reformer in combination with Z413Q in lower section, or solely loaded in the whole tubes. 
■ Temperature:          450～950℃ 
■ Pressure:             Atmospheric～6.0MPa
■ Steam/carbon ratio:    ≥2.5, (for hige-CO syngas, can be lower than 2.5) 
■ Carbon space velocity:  600～2000h-1

Package and transportation

■Packed with hard carton barrel lined with plastics bags, net weight:30kg(or  customized as per customer´s  demand). 
■Prevented from moisture, rolling, sharp shocking, raining during transportation.
■Stored in dry and ventilated places, preventing from pollution and moisture.
