Characters

Z502 is a natural gas steam pre-reforming catalyst which takes metal nickel as active component, active alumina as carrier. It was awarded the National Prize for Science and Technology Advances. Its performances are in the leading position in the domestic industry. 
■ Excellent reforming activities and activity stability, especially high activity at low temperature.
■ Finish all C2+ hydrocarbons and partial CH4 conversion, and expand the capacity of the reformer.
■ Suitable for pre-reforming under high space velocity.
■ Excellent reducibility, able to  be reduced in pre-reformer.
■ High mechanical strength and stability for long service life.

Applications and operating conditions

Used in  low-temperature adiabatic reforming process of natural gas or oil field gas. It is loaded solely in the whole pre-reformer.
■ Temperature:             400～560℃ 
■ Pressure:                Atmospheric～6.0MPa
■ Steam/carbon ratio:       2.0～4.0
■ Carbon space velocity:     500～2000h-1

Package and transportation

■Packed with hard carton barrel lined with plastics bags, net weight:25kg(or  customized as per customer´s  demand). 
■Prevented from moisture, rolling, sharp shocking, raining during transportation.
■Stored in dry and ventilated places, preventing from pollution and moisture.
